Returns
Items that are purchased from our online store can be returned within 14 days from when you receive your order for a refund or credit. These items that are returned must be unopened, and in excellent condition.
If an item does not meet these standards, the returned items will be shipped back to the sender at the buyers expense.
The buyer must include their order information inside the parcel otherwise the refund process will be delayed as we try to find out who it is from.
